Our costs are covered by house sitters registration fees. This way we can offer you this great service for free.

Enjoy your holiday! Knowing your pets are cared for, fed, walked and groomed. The lawns and garden are maintained and the pool is kept clean. You no longer have to worry about leaving your loved (and expensive) home empty and unsecured. You have the convenience of not having to remove all your belongings to rent out your house. If you need to come back earlier or later you have the flexibility that you would not have from a rental lease. All the things you do around the house are taken care of. All at no cost to you. All we ask, is that when you have found someone you let us know.

How does the service work?
There are two ways this service can work.

Just click the "Apply" button found at the top and bottom of this page and complete the Registration form. We will then put a FREE ad for you on our web site. Our Registered House Sitters will then contact you via email to discuss your requirements.

1. Your email address is the only contact detail published
2. Your details will only be available to our Registered House Sitters. It is password protected and not available to the public.

You search for the House & Pet Sitter

Just click the "Apply" button found at the top and bottom of this page and complete the Registration form and we will email you a list of sitters in your area for your to contact.

NOTE: Only house sitters registered with Happy House Sitters can view your contact email address. The members list is password protected to protect the privacy of the home owner.

Whichever method you choose, you can then decide whom to interview and offer the best person (s) temporary care of your home, pets, and garden whilst you are away. In return for the house sitter's services the home owner allows the sitter to live in their house, whilst caring for it, rent free.
