I am seeking a pet and house sitter to look after my home and my small, friendly, quiet and well socialised 16yr old female dog, who is almost blind and deaf and sleeps most of the day & night. She is on daily medication but is very easy to look after. My home is a 2 storey 4-bedroom house, situated in a quiet area of Bateau Bay, within easy walking distance of Wyrrabalong National Park, Crackneck Lookout, Bateau Bay Beach and the Bateau Bay Hotel. The house has a good wi-fi system and reverse air-conditioning, with access to Netflix, Britbox, Disney+ and Foxtel streaming services. It has a lovely open plan kitchen/dining area, 2 living spaces, a dedicated office area and a large garage and while the house is easy to maintain, it will be serviced by a cleaner (fortnightly) and lawn-man (regularly). Bay Village Shopping Centre (3 supermarkets, Dan Murphy's, K-mart etc.), local beaches, cafes and specialty shops are 5-10 minutes drive away.

Pets & farm animals

Cognac is a 16yr old Miniature Pinscher Cross who sleeps most of the day (and night). She is quiet, sociable and friendly. She has daily medication requirements but is relatively easy to dose. She is used to being left by herself for 3-4 hours during the daytime.

House Tasks

Empty Letterbox, Put Garbage Bins out(Thursday nights) and bring in (Fridays), keep the house and gardens clean and tidy.
