Hello there, We have a lovely modern 4 bedroom house in Wamberal, Central Coast NSW. We have one main bedroom with a King bed and ensuite, second and third bedroom with queen beds and the third set up as an office for you to work from home if needed. The main bathroom has a lovely big bath. We have a small garden and a seating area outside. We are a 5 minute walk to beautiful beach, cafes and bars are within 15-20 minutes and the best Italian restaurant you will ever find! Kip our Schnoodle is 2.5 years old and needs two short walk each day. After that he will snuggle up on the couch. He loves to be next to you when you are at home and prefers to be included in most activities and to be home alone for only short periods. He is a rescue and so is a little bit of a sensitive soul but with some direction he is so willing to please.

Pets & farm animals

Kip is our lovely 2.5yr old Schnoodle. He is a total love bug and really loves humans. Being a rescue he can take a minute to warm up to you and then he’s fine to follow you everywhere. He is really low maintenance as he has a quick walk twice a day. Then he will chill at home on the lounge or at your feet while you work. He loves to play tug of war, fetch or chew his treats. In the evening he will take his place on the couch next to (or on you) and snooze next to you. He sleeps in his crate and is happy there. He prefers to be included in most activities and isn’t a fan of spending long periods by himself.
