Our property is located just twenty minutes from Byron bay and Ballina, and has nine lovely acres flowing down to emigrant creek so providing lovely views from the house. There are basically two seperate houses but connected by an internal corridor that works as an office. In total there are 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, two lounges and lovely decks and swimming pool. We need someone to care for our three quiet horses and assist with walking our two cattle dogs. There is someone on site to provide support and to help in emergencies. It would be nice to find someone that could not only care for the horses but perhaps exercise them???

Pets & farm animals

Three horses that may need feeding daily and wonderful if they could be exercised as well. Two sell behaved blue heeler dogs that are shared with a friend who lives on the property in a studio.

House Tasks

lovely if horses could be fed and exercised. Shared walking and feeding of dogs, and possible help with mowing of paddocks if required but probably not ad it will be winter so grass should not be growing.
