Lovely 2 bedroom house in an amazing location on the border of Enmore and Marrickville. Walking distance to all the attractions of Newtown and surrounded by cafes and parks. Bus stop just across the road with direct routes into the CBD. We are looking for someone who can look after our very low maintenance 14 year old cat and water our tiny garden once a day whilst we are away. There is also the option for a house sit from Jan 21st to 1st Feb. Unfortunately we need to have the house free from the 20th to the 21st January for an unavoidable reason but would be happy to negotiate how this might work to include the 14th Jan to 1st Feb.

Pets & farm animals

Sleepy is a 14 year old domestic short hair cat. He is mostly an indoor cat (much to his dismay) and is very low maintenance. He likes his alone time but is extremely friendly and patient. He really only requires feeding twice a day and his litter taken care of.

Watering of plants in front yard once per day.
