Large modern 4 bedroom home with garden, pool, patio, ping pong and pool table . Gorgeous lovable dog who will take as much love as you can provide! (King Charles Cavalier). He is a dog which needs companionship so he can be left for 6-7 hours but not more than this (and not overnight). Would really need a person who works from home, a family with kids who will engage with dog or retired person/couple as he is very people oriented. I also have 2 chickens. I am 10 minutes from Hornsby town center and walkable to local train station (Mt Colah). Lovely quiet neighborhood. I have a home office which you can use.
I will want to meet you prior to committing e.g I dont just want to leave a key for you. Will want to orient you to house alarm, instruct on pool management etc.

Pets & farm animals

1 have 1 x King Charles Cavalier who needs lots of love and attention. Will follow you around and loves walks and sitting on your lap. Also 2 chickens

House Tasks

Chickens: Feed chooks daily and top up water as required.<br />Dog: lots of love and attention, feed/water daily, walks (1-2 times per day), cuddles and companionship.<br />Pool: scoop as needed, change chlorine container. Sweep around pool<br />Collect mail.<br />Garden maintenance: watering and care for indoor and outdoor plants. Mowing can be negotiated.<br />Housework: clean and tidy as per your use.
