Hi My husband and I live in a 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom house in a quiet Canberra suburb with views of the mountains. There is a lovely park 2 minutes walk away, great walking / cycling tracks, easy to get into the city (20 min drive) or out to the mountains (30 min drive). Our car will be left in the garage but there is off-street parking. We have cleaners who come fortnightly and the house is easy to maintain. Our tenant lives in the self-contained apartment under the house. She is a long term tenant, is very quiet and keeps to herself. She will not disturb anyone The Animals We have 3 parrots who have beak and feather, it is a virus but humans cannot contract it (safe for humans). They are fed twice a day, given fresh water every second day and cages are cleaned weekly. Our 4 cats are all rescues, they have settled in well and are enjoying life. The 2 black cats love playing any time you are up for a play. The other 2 are a bit older so are picker about play time but love cuddles. They are fed twice a day, water fountain kept topped up and cleaned out every week. Litter boxes (x2) cleaned out twice a day. We also have 2 fishponds, the fish are fed every 4 days. We might have new plants planted in our garden in autumn so may need them to be watered. Looking for a quiet house sitter (single or couple) who loves animals to look after our home.
