Our highset home is set on 12 private acres surrounded by peaceful woodland and wildlife. We have a swimming Pool & undercover shaded entertainment area to relax in with sofas & ceiling fans. There is a games/pool table area with access to full size tv cinema screen with Foxtel & Netflix We are a 5 min drive to Ormeau village with its grocerie shops, cafes/takeaways, medical centre, chemist & gym. The small beachside town of Jacobs well is a 10 mins drive away.

Pets & farm animals

We have 2 easy/quiet horses needing limited attention, 1 Cat, our sweet natured Deaf Cat takes medications easily in his feed twice daily. Birds in outside aviary. Ducks

Please note this is an expression of interest add for anyone interested in pet sitting for us that are able for Both short term/long weekends sits through to aprox 4 weeks duration throughout 2025. Our property is set on 12 acres of paddocks and bushland with an abundance of wildlife, birds, reptiles and wallabys. We can offer you a very comfortable home to stay in, in a peaceful and tranquil setting where you can just sit back and relax in our private pool and undercover entertainment area with sofas and dining area, its lovely watching the sunset from there, or relax in front of the big screen TV, & have a game of pool. We are looking for a quiet, trustworthy, gentle, Non smoking, animal loving - especially cats, house sitter/s that are able to easily follow instructions to continue routines for our fur & feather family whilst we are away. Where possible we would prefer to have the same sitter/s for each sit, for consistency & to enable them to build a rapport with our fur/feather family & give the highest care which is our top priority. The ideal sitter/s would be available for both shorter/long weekend sits through to aprox 4 weeks duration. You would be caring for 1 sweet natured Cat, whose deaf & has twice daily medications taken easily in his feed & his litter trays cleaned daily. He enjoys your company sitting in front of the big screen TV with you, and taking easy short 20-30 minute 'accompanied' walks around the property with you. We also have 2 quiet/easy going horses requiring minimal attention, hay thrown over the fence to them in winter months, water trough topped up as required, plus Birds in a large outside avairy requiring fresh food every few days & water dishes cleaned/topped up, friendly ducks requiring feed & locked in their enclosure at night. The current dates we are looking at going away are: 1. 28/2 for 2 nights 2.18/4 for 4 nights 3. 23/5 for 5 nights Any questions feel free to message me thank you.
