Our home is a renovated Edwardian house located in a quiet, leafy Melbourne suburb. The house has 3 bedrooms, a separate guest bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge. There is a reasonable garden that will need some watering.
There is off street parking with a bus stop 1 minute away, a train station within 5 minutes walking distance and tram 10 minutes away. Local shops are in the next street and a shopping centre 10 minutes walk away.

We have an 8 year old Kelpie dog who is very well trained and loves walks and runs at the local off lead park. We also have 3 chickens that need to be checked on (they do have an automatic feeder and waterer) so it's usually just collecting (and eating) the eggs.
