I have a two bedroom semi detached house in Alexandria, Sydney, three minutes from a bus stop and ten minutes from Waterloo Metro and 12 minutes from Redfern railway station. The house has hydronic heating and gas water heating and a stove top There are ceiling fans for hot weather. It has a sunny courtyard, and a low maintenance garden. There is permit parking on the street. The second bedroom is also a television room. The house has a wifi connection. At present I do not have any pets. The house is walking distance from Sydney University. South Eveleigh and Green Square. It is a twenty minute walk to Central Station.
