Our house is 2-3 bedroom in Seaford Victoria. It's just a 5-10 minute walk to the beach (although the dates we are going away will be winter time of course). Its also close to the railway station, buses etc. The house is on a large block, it's a three bed room house with all amenities. We are looking ideally for an older person who will be at home mostly as we have a dog that needs to be cared for. He is a Kelpie, is very well behaved and sweet, but he will need 2 x daily walks (although for the right person we can organise a dog walker to supplement) the nearly park and have the ball thrown for a while. Most importantly, he also needs to be given medicine 2 times a day, morning and night. He is mostly indoors so the person will have to love dogs ... and if you love dogs you will love our boy! Our main goal is to have our dog cared for by someone who is essentially a home body. He is fine to be left alone for a day here or there, but we generally want someone around as company. Its much more about the dog than the house sitting!
