About

We have a comfortable, single level home on 1-1/2 easy care acres, in the northern suburbs of Brisbane. Whilst it is a 5-bedroom house, only two of the rooms are used as bedrooms. The grass may need mowing (ride-on mower) whilst we are away, and there will be some watering to do. We have Foxtel, NBN, and several air conditioners (including bedroom). The main "duty" is catering to Albert's every need! Albert is an 8-year-old Hungarian Viszla who likes to be with you most of the time. He likes a walk every morning (nearby bush tracks in a conservation park) and an hour or so at the local dog park every afternoon. He has his own "chariot" (Hyundai i30) for his/your use. As an older, retired couple, our preference is for a similar couple to care for our home.

Albert, an 8-year-old Hungarian Viszla, who is very "entitled" and the centre of the universe!

House Tasks

Mow lawn as needed (there is a ride-on mower for the bulk of the grass, and a hand mower for a small area of lawn nearest the house). Lots of pots to water once-twice a week, and maybe some garden watering if the weather is dry. Maybe use the blower to clear leaves off the driveway.
