My house is a very cosy weatherboard in a quiet street with many native trees and shrubs in the front. It has evaporated cooling which means you can have doors and windows open whilst keeping cool on hot days. There is also a split system in the lounge and gas heating in the living space. There is a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and living space, a modern refurbished kitchen with small open plan living space overlooking the back garden , a large separate lounge with comfortable furnishings, flat screen tv with Netflix, large main bedroom, and small second bedroom. The house is well-maintained, neat and cosy with neutral tones. The backyard has a small porch and outdoor table and seating in the garden made up of trees and vegie boxes with a large variety of herbs. It is a lovely friendly neighbourhood and close to Merri Creek, CERES Environment park, and Joes Garden (farmers market), a 5 minute walk to the 96 tram stop located at Miller st shops and cafes, a 20 minute walk to High st shops, cafes and bars or a 10 minute bike ride. I have a small toy poodle (Molly) who is very sweet, well behaved and very easy to care for. She uses a doggy door to get in and out of the house and has no behavioural or medical issues.
