Kyneton: A Great Location Close to Town We have a three bedroom, 2 with ensuites and one with a separate bathroom, fully renovated original Victorian farmhouse with wrap around verandah on 6 acres behind cypress hedge. We are 1 km from Kyneton Railway station and 2 kms from Kyneton. Kyneton is a 1 hour train ride northeast of Melbourne. We have Wi-Fi internet, massive TV and main streaming services. There is a standalone blue stone cottage and large barn to park a caravan in if travelling by one. We have two dogs Chips and Barney who are toilet trained but need access to outside. They have a yard adjacent to the back door which is suitable when the weather permits. It is easy enough to walk them on lead around our 6 acres. They can be left for a couple of hours - (not outside but in the back room of the house if too hot/cold outside). They love company and a cuddle. They are crate trained and can sleep in a separate room at night. We have had some sitters come back and stay on more than one occasion they loved it that much!

Pets & farm animals

Two dogs Chips and Barney - one a kelpie staffy cross (more Kelpie and loves to fetch a blue bone) and Barney is a Jack Russell x both lovely dogs

House Tasks

Some watering of garden if hot and no rain. In winter nothing needs to be done.
