My mum and I live in a unit central to Belmont and have 1 cat that exclusively lives outside. Her name is Lilly, and she is very old but doesn't act it. We need someone to feed her twice daily. First thing 7am, and again around 4pm. She is allowed a bit of milk or dry food if she seems to want more. Aside from that, we have a small garden to be watered every second day with the watering can.
