We are looking for someone to care for our five year old cat, Mikey, who is very personable and enjoys company in a two bedroom freestanding villa, one of 8 around a courtyard with parking for guests. Gardens in front, patio and gardens to the side, along with veggies and ornamentals in pots. You are welcome to help yourself to tomatoes and other vegetables. In back there are (1) two waist-high veggie beds, (2) a blueberry enclosure and cat run connected to the house (3) two smaller raised beds and (3) potted veggies and ornamentals. You are welcome to help yourself to the vegetables. There are no beds of grass, thus no mowing needed. One double bed in master bedroom. Washing machine. Two refrigerator-freezers. Hills Hoist. Shed. Garage modified to provide a storage area behind garage door, with a single step up to a sewing room level with the remaining rooms: dining room, lounge, study, master bedroom with double bed. One bathroom with level entry shower and bidet toilet. Second (half bathroom) with toilet only. On direct bus route to Hobart across the Derwent River. Only one block to the Esplanade, with paved pedestrian/bike path along the shoreline. There is also a small passenger ferry crossing over to Hobart. For those of you who are walkers, you can walk or bike across the bridge, detouring through the Botanical Gardens.
