I had a lovely couple organised to sit however have just received a call to let me know they have to withdraw the offer due to serious family illness which they are not sure will be sorted by the time I need them. Extremely considerate of them however I now need your HELP please! .I have two gorgeous dogs ( 14 and 9) and need someone to take them for a short walk morning and evening and give them some loving care while I take holidays and long service leave. I live on a 5 acre property just 17 kms west of Coffs Harbour. You would have the sole use of the spacious 2 bed apartment. The paddock mowing doesn’t need attention as I have people who do this for me already. If you could keep the house yard mowed that would be appreciated. If this is totally out of the question I would have someone come and do them. I have a ride on and a self propelled mower. If this sit interests you let me know and I can fill you in more. If I am unable to secure a sit I would be interested and open to hear from anyone who could do at least a 5 week period and I can arrange for someone to meet up with the second sitters for changeover. Utilities would be taken care of by me. You definitely would not be expected to pay for electricity, gas etc. Water is tank water (newly installed tanks) so I do have to be mindful of the water situation as even f,unhinged the toilet uses tank water. Tanks are full though at time of writing so we should not have any issues. Wifi and Foxtel also connected. Thank you for taking the time to read this post. Hope to chat with you. Kind regards.
