My house is in a quiet street with a very private balcony, nice views and lots of birds. I have a 8 year old Cavoodle who is very friendly, loves a walk each day and loves to sit on your lap. She sleeps on my bed but I will make up all beds for you to choose from. Town is about 2 km away with all essential services, great art gallery, cafes etc and beaches, nice river and mountains a short drive. I do appreciate references and prefer no other pets. Lawn gets mowed, no real gardening just watering plants in pots and possibly vege garden. Keep bird baths topped up and you'll get a great variety of birds on balcony,
