The dates provided are approximate and can be adjusted (air flights permitting) to be mutually satisfactory. We live in a 4 bedroom house in a quiet part of the suburb, at the end of a dead-end street opposite a pre-school and next to a pedestrian walkway. We have two relaxed, friendly indoor/outdoor black cats, which are fed morning and evening. There is an indoor fish tank which has an automatic feeder, but which needs water topping up once a week, There are three small outside ponds with fish, feeding twice a week or maybe three times as the weather warms up. There are a large number of pots which require watering regularly, although many are on an automatic system. There are a few houseplants in the lounge to keep an eye on/water occasionally, and some outside pots to water once or twice a week, depending on the weather.. Most of the garden is watered automatically. The house has ducted evaporative cooling, with a reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge if needed. Heating is ducted gas. There is a large screen TV and subscriptions to Netflix and Prime. There are also dozens of DVDs and CDs.
