About

Our home is double story on one a bit acres. The master bedroom with ensuite plus living areas, kitchen, dining room and laundry are downstairs. Two more bedrooms bathroom and toilet are upstairs. We have a eight year old chocolate Labrador named Coco. She is a people person and has lots of energy. She gets very excited when someone comes to visit. We are looking for someone who can WALK Coco even if it's a short walk each day. She loves the river, beach or just a ride in the car. Our other requirement is mowing, but don't stress we have all the right equipment. There is minimal weeding unless you like to do the veggie patch. Thank you.

Pets & farm animals

Only pet is a Chocolate Lab named Coco. She is affectionate and slightly crazy sometimes, gets the zooms. She needs to be walked daily but not if it’s pouring rain of course. Likes to be inside off and on during the day but sleeps outside at night.
