A bright and comfortable 3 bed home in Ballarat Central - easy walk to CBD, cafes, parks and our beautiful lake. I have an 8 yr old Jack russell/beagle Ellie who is very chilled and self sufficient she just likes a walk (with sniffs) once a day. House and garden low maintenance, may need some watering if dry. The dates are flexible in that they can be shorter (have very helpful neighbours) but the 3 weeks from 6 - 28 April are the most required.
