4 brm home on 1.2 acres. Air conditioned. Swimming pool,spa, pool table and walk in firepit. Comes with spoilt Border Collie named Wilbur. Wilbur has a wound on his leg which requires cleaning and a new sock bandage daily. This is very easy to do and as he has been having it done for along time now he is very used to it and he loves the extra attention he receives. The pool and spa pretty much take care of themselves as the are on timers and there is no yard maintenance. So it's really about relaxing and taking care of our fur baby who is more than happy to be inside near you. Thanks Tracey
