Walk to the river and adjoining parklands, 3 shopping/restaurant precincts within a 2km radius , bus stop around the corner enabling travel into the City within 10 mins. No pets to look after but hands on pool maintenance on at least a weekly basis required and the ability to keep the outside back garden area clean and tidy is expected. Full-time occupation desired but not required if the successful candidate is a traveller who desires a base to explore Perth and its environs on short term mini breaks.
