Our comfortable 4 bedroom single story home is located in North Lakes just 5 mins from the Westfield shopping centre. Ducted air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, garage under main roof and a large patio area. Fast Internet and access to most streaming services. Low maintenance yards that may require mowing and watering, with space for van storage if required. We have two pets who will require care: A desexed male golden retriever named Toby (4 years old) who is part of the family and lives mostly inside (including sleeping on couch and the bed!). He will require twice daily feeding, daily walks and lots of pats and affectionate attention. He is used to having someone at home most of the time. A desexed male black and white cat named Neil (5 years old) who is an independent spirit who comes in and out of the house as he pleases. He is good friends with Toby and accepts human interaction on his terms. He is an affectionate little guy, but not a lap cat. Both pets are well house trained. We seek a mature couple to look after our home and pets as their own whilst we are overseas. Must be comfortable with dog fur as golden retrievers she’d their ‘sparkles’ everywhere!
