Property has a solar heated pool, barbecue, pool table, along with two living areas downstairs and pool room. Parking off street. The property is located near bushland but is a suburban block in a quiet cul de sac area. Approx 15 minutes walk to local shops (award winning IGA) and public buses are approx 7 minute walk. Victoria Point and Logan Hyperdome are both approx 10-15 minute driveaway. Many meal services deliver to the area. 8 minute drive to Redland Bay and to the ferries that go to the Bay Islands. We have a miniature schnauzer who is very placid and likes her walks but enjoys company, cuddles and sleeping. Would prefer a retired couple but happy for a retired single person or someone who works from home. Sophie likes her company! There is a possibility of a house sit as well in November 2025 and January 2026
