This is a 4-bedroom home set in an acre of bushland in the hills behind Nambour, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.of south-east Queensland. Great views from the deck. A 5 minute drive to the CBD, shopping centres, railway station. 15 minutes to Blackall Range rainforests. 25 minutes to beach. No pets but a fair few plants around the house that need watering 2-4 times a week depending on time of year. En suite not available but guests have own bedroom and adjoining bathroom/toilet. We’re regularly away for long periods of up to 9 weeks. Prefer people from Sunshine Coast region and ideally a practically minded guy or couple as it’s a big place and it helps if small things can be fixed, the small lawn area mown probably just once, etc.

Collection of mail from letterbox. Small area of lawn mown every 3-4 weeks. Plants around edge of house to be watered 2-4 times a week depending on time of year.
