We live in a very leafy area of The Gap surrounded by multiple walking tracks and parks, about 4 mins drive from Walkabout Creek (Enoggera Dam). Our home is easy to manage, lowset opening onto a pretty back garden that houses king parrots, water dragons and a fountain.The home is relaxing and lightfilled with reverse cycle airconditioning, wifi, netflix and plenty of spaces indoors for work and exercise on top of the 3 bedrooms and the open plan living area. Bus to city leaves 75 metres away. Local shops 5 mins drive have Frescos fresh local fruit and veg and fresh fish, Coles, Aldi, Snap Gym, Chemists, Coffee Shops, Doctors,Dentists and Vet surgeries, Newsagents and a variety of other specialist stores. Summer, our 15 year old black and white,very good natured cat is very low mainenance, just feeding twice a day and change of water once per day. Summer lays around the garden during the day and sleeps indoors at night. There are half a dozen indoor plants along with some patio plants that will need a water once a week and mail brought inside. No need to mow unless you would like to mow the small patch in the back garden for your own use.
