Light filled and quiet house with lovely secluded garden; close to public transport with on-street parking and friendly neighbours; bedroom with leafy outlook and queen sized bed; separate room for working from home with NBN cable to the premises connection; recently renovated kitchen and bathroom; need for house sitter to water garden and look after our cat, Ruby. She is an independent loveable cat who likes to roam our garden but doesn't catch birds (just mice).
