One bedroom downstairs has a king size bed with new mattress. The second bedroom is upstairs and has bunk beds with double bed on the bottom and single on the top. Upstairs has a balcony with swing chair, very relaxing area. We have 2 very good friendly dogs a chocolate Labrador and a Yorkshire Terrier Cross and some plants. 10 minute walk to Watsonia train station.
