About

Our home is a split level property on a slope, with an average sized garden for the area and a large deck for enjoying the quiet evenings. The interior is spacious, with a variety of houseplants. We have a wonderful dog, Bazil, a German Shepherd x Greyhound. We are a short walk to several breakfast/ brunch spots, and a 20 min walk or 5 minute drive to Eltham town which has all the amenities, supermarkets, etc.

Pets & farm animals

Bazil, a german shepherd x greyhound. He will be almost 2 by the time you'll meet him. He needs walks once or twice a day, depending on which walk. There's a convenient 3km loop nearby that gets him all the sniffs he needs, or a shorter loop around Fabro Fields which would need to be twice a day. He's a bit nervous so best not take him into Eltham town when it's busy - but he's very good at cafes such as Second Home, Zen Den, etc who both have dog friendly outside seating areas. Keep on lead at all times outside of the house.
