Hi there, My partner and I will be taking a trip to Europe from 15th June to 1st or 2nd July (dates confirmed soon), and are looking for house sitters for our home in Lathlain, Perth, and to look after our labradoodle Lupa. We had a lovely couple house sit for us last year through Happy House Sitters, so thought we'd try it again! Our place is modern with 2 bedrooms, a study, a lounge room, and a large kitchen/dining/living room, it also has a secure yard with off-street parking. It's just down the road from Vic Park train station with easy access trains to the city and walkable to coffee shops, Woolies and the famous Vic Park strip. The photos of the house are from when we first moved in - if it looks a little sparse! Lupa is a 3 year old labradoodle who has excellent manners. She is just as happy running 10k with you as she is sitting on the couch, having her belly rubbed. We'd love to find someone / a couple who'd like to enjoy our home, hang out with Lupa and walk her each day (and water our plants when needed). Thanks, Kirsty & Rik

Pets & farm animals

We have a 3 year old labradoodle called Lupa. She's incredibly well trained, very responsive and walks very well on the lead (she'll be at your side, with or withour the lead). She'll happily play fetch with a ball, run with you, or go for as many walks as you want to take her on. She is used to being by herself for several hours while we're at work, as long as she's stretched her legs beforehand. She has a doggy door, and is used to napping on the front porch or chilling in the house while we're out.

House Tasks

Primarily to look after Lupa, keep her company, feed her and walk her as needed. We'd also love it if you could water the plants inside & outside as the weather dictates. There's no expansive lawn or anything major to look after in the garden. Other than that, please just keep the house clean and tidy, enjoy our home and the surrounding area.
