I have a two story house with a fabulous back deck. It's a modernized Queenslander house. It's in a quiet street, easy walk to really good public transport to city. It only takes about 20 mins to the city and 5 or 10 mins by bus to local supermarkets. There're soooooo many restaurants and coffee shops within 5-10 min walk plus much more. I have a cleaning lady who comes fortnightly to do the common areas. She will leave your room as it is your private space. I have a sweet quiet cat who might want to sleep with you but is ok if closed out. I do have an unusual request to help look after 2 USA adult uni students for 5 to 8 days within this 3 week period, for which I shall pay well. They are low maintenance but will still need some hosting. They will be totally trained up by the time you arrive. :)
