About

Our house: 3BR hillside property located in The Basin. Fantastic views, infinity pool, plenty of space. Close to nature but living on a hill means many stairs. Ideally like to meet someone who does this regularly as we have other periods where we need the house sat.

Pets & farm animals

Our fur children: two ragdolls (Seuss is a kitten and Eva is older) and our cuddly velcro Vizsla named Merlot. Merlot is 3 years old and has good obedience / manners (doesn’t jump up etc). He still struggles with separation anxiety so we’d prefer someone who works from home / is retired. He needs exercise daily generally 30-60 mins playing with other dogs at the park but after than will generally nap for the rest of the day.

House Tasks

We have a gardener and a cleaner that come every 4 weeks so most tasks are taken care of. If it’s hot and dry we’d appreciate if you could water the plants (indoor and out). You’ll need your own car to get around. Please note this house is not kid friendly.
