House/Pet Sitter needed for our fur baby in townhouse by the Beach! Looking for a reliable house / dog sitter to take care of our friendly 4-year old Cavoodle boy for two and half weeks in April. Stay in our 2-bedroom townhouse (access to one bedroom only), 15-20 minute walk to the beach! Conveniently located close to transport to the city, train station is an easy 7 minute walk. Details: 2-bedroom townhouse, comfortable, fuss free home; Open plan lounge, kitchen, dining, laundry, full bathroom, second toilet, laundry with washer & dryer; small courtyard. Walk to the beach; Train station 7 minute walk; Off street parking; Parks & beach in walking distance; Supermarket nearby; Lots of cafes & restaurants; Looking for someone wonderful to care for our friendly, well behaved 4-year-old Cavoodle dog; Large bedroom with a/c & comfortable Queen sized bed; Open plan living space with all amenities, Wifi, TV, Foxtel. Requirements: Love pets, especially dogs; Responsible & respectful of the space; Ensure the safety and well-being of the dog during your stay; Our boy is affectionate and loves company, he’s easy going and has a dog door so can be left home alone if you need to go out. Feed him, water him, walk him and snuggle up on the sofa with him and he’ll be a happy boy.
