2 story house in Hendra, a 3 year old golden retriever and a 7 year old British shorthair cat. Occasional dog walking during cool weather. Watering of garden required during dry weather. Must be home over nights. House is a renovated workers cottage with a/c in living area and a large deck. Bus stop across the road and Hendra train station approximately 20 mins walk. Multiple cafes within walking distance. Wifi and desk available as an office.
