Large open plan 5 bedroom, newly renovated country style home, with two separate living areas. Double story, perched on the side of a hill on our 5 acre bush block! No need to mow or maintain the yard. One beloved pooch, Quincy. He is part human, and loves any attention! Quincy has his own "bedroom" in the laundry, and will always want to sleep inside at night! We are located just 6 minutes outside of Murwillumbah - quite a hilly area, so need to have a level of fitness to walk the dog. Walks and play time plus feeding dog once daily, watering some indoor plants. Aside from that, enjoy the peace and quiet :)

Check letterbox - rural so no actual deliveries. Water plants internal Walk dog daily (20 mins is all that’s needed) Feed dog once daily (kibble, raw veg and raw mince)
