A renovated 1960's 2 bedroom (1 set up as a study with sofa bed) unit in a quiet neighbourhood. Generous backyard for a unit, outdoor setting, hammock, veg and flower garden. Walking distance to public transport, walking/bike tracks, IGA express and cafes.

Pets & farm animals

Maurice is an 12yo short hair ginger tabby - he is a bit timid at first, but a real charmer when he gets to know you. He is an indoor/outdoor cat, with access to a timed, microchip cat door, to keep him inside between dusk and dawn. Means no early morning demands to be let out!!! NB. Maurice was diagnosed with lymphoma in December. He is currently undergoing chemotherapy (1 tab fortightly) and has daily liquid steroids. He was in semi remission but recently his old chemo drugs became less effective and so he has commenced a new one. He is still a beautiful cat who loves a snuggle, is eating well and likes hanging out in the garden. Seven weeks is a long time when you are undergoing treatment though, so I’m not sure how he will be come mid May. His medication protocol may be different and he may be feeling worse or could well be in remission. You would need to be comfortable with this uncertainty.

House Tasks

I also have a vegetable and flower garden, and indoor plants that may need a water, depending on the weather.
