Our two-bedroom unit has an office, a bathroom and a toilet, and a bedroom with a closet and a balcony on the upper lever. It has a washing machine, a dryer, a kitchen with four cooktops, a microwave and an oven, a dining area with a table which can sit four people, a comfortable couch and flat screen TV downstairs. The bedroom has an efficient aircon which will keep you warm (or cool). There is a small private backyard. It is conveniently located a 15 minute drive from the Perth CBD, an 11 minute walk from grocery stores Coles and IGA, a Chinese restaurant, and fast-food restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to Guildford Road which has a range of bus services. It is also a 5mn drive to the Maylands train station.

Pets & farm animals

You will take care of our nearly 2 year old Beagle Oliver, who loves to cuddle, play fetch and learn new tricks. He is the cuddliest dog, and unfortunately (or fortunately) sleeps on our bed and might want to continue the habit during your stay. He will do anything for a treat and loves to sniff on walks. You will be required to provide him a minimum of a 15mn walk per day (there is a park a 5mn walk from our home) and feed him in the morning and at night. He will likely want to sleep with you on the bed, and is self sufficient during the day so you can go to work between 8am and 5pm and spend time with him when you are home.

House Tasks
