ABOUT THE HOUSE: Large 4x2 home on quiet cul-de-sac in Millbridge, Western Australia. 15 mins north of Bunbury. 1hr 45 mins south of Perth CBD. 1-min walk to creek and walking path. 3 mins to Eaton Fair (shopping/dining/rec centre with gym and fitness classes). 5 mins to Treendale (Bunnings/Treendale Farm Hotel/shopping). Sitter to stay in guest bedroom with queen bed. Starlink internet. Ducted reverse cycle air-con throughout. Good insulation. Solar power. Large patio. ABOUT THE PETS: 1-year-old female golden retriever. Energetic, excitable, friendly, loving, likes to lick, sleeps in her own room, requires daily play in back yard or walks, eats a raw meat diet in easy single-serve sachets 2x day. 11-year-old female cat. Very quiet and low-maintenance. Lives indoors with access to catio. Needs litter cleaned and 2x day feeding. Very shy cat. We are looking for someone who will give her space but be open to cuddles if she approaches you. 10x goldfish in outdoor ponds, require feeding, no cleaning required.

House Tasks

ABOUT THE GARDENS: Reticulation set up for lawn and gardens. We will need the sitter to water about 6-7 pot plants. No need to mow.
