Approx. 15 mins into Albury, and 10 mins to Hume Weir wall and lake. Situated in a quiet court with plenty of on street parking as well as 1 secure car garage parking space for use. We simply want our cat to have company and occasional outdoor access for our peace of mind while we are away.
