*FLEXIBLE BOOKING* Must be available Friday, April 18 - Monday, April 21 - you will have the two bedroom house to yourself. Monday, April 21 my roommate Tanya, 29 from the UK, will be living in the house for the rest of your stay. She leaves for work at 8:00am and returns around 6:30pm during the weekdays except Wednesday when she WFH. She has a busy social life so will likely be out on the weekend. I will be away April 18 - May 2, looking for someone who can stay in the house for a minimum of Easter break, but as long as possible up until May 2. I live in lovely two story house on a cul de sac in Waterloo with a wonderful dog named Harley who is a nine year old American Staffy mix. Harley is the perfect house dog – he spends at least 20 hours a day sleeping and makes minimal noise. He is a very affectionate dog who wants to be cuddled and pet, so only dog lovers please apply. There are plenty of parks to take him to nearby including Alexandria Park and Sydney Park. I’m not expecting you to spend all your time with Harley but he does requires two walks a day and once he’s inside he will pretty much sleep all day and night! Some basics of the house: one bathroom, queen size bed, air conditioning in the bedroom, Wifi, washing machine, outdoor garden, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom with shower, free street parking available. Please note Harley is a big boy weighing 32kg. He's a rescue so he was never socialised with other dogs. This means on his walks he's better being by himself and I do not recommend you let him off the lead. Also there are some big staffies in the neighbourhood who should be avoided - this can be easily done by walking on the other side of the street. Smaller dogs like cavoodles and pugs he's not intimidated by - and there are many more small dogs than big in the neighbourhood. He's good at travelling in cars if you want to take him places but otherwise he's happiest lazying about the house. Harley is the sweetest boy and you will quickly fall in love with him!
