One bedroom granny flat separate from main residence. Has large kitchen and bathroom with European laundry. Open plan living area. Has air con in main living and gas heating in bedroom. Would need indoor/outdoor plants watered and require that a very active, leash trained 1 year old female American Staffy dog to be fed daily and walked at least once per day (preferably twice). Also would need lizard lights switched on in morning and off at evening. Lizards can be fed every second day and water refill every second day. Home located 700 metre walk to beach. Secure home with parking and lockable gated entry. Centrally located to shops, waterways and outdoor activities. Great place to be as active or relaxed as you like.

Pets & farm animals

1 year old female American Staffy. Super friendly and sleeps inside or out depending on her mood. Loves a walk, long grass and the water. Feed twice a day. 2 Lizards. Easy to look after. Turn lights on at morning and off at evening. Feed and water every second day.
