Three bedroom two bathroom two storey house in a quiet suburban area near Tuggerah Lake. 10 minutes to beach and shops.. We have three cats and a beautiful garden with swim spa. Now we also have an 8yr old rescued Mini Foxy. House has NBN and air conditioning. Large private outdoor area.

Three cats. A five year old girl who is mainly an indoor cat. Two young boys great pals,love playing outside, but only when we are home. We now also have an 8yr old Mini Foxy that we rescued,Gus is a little cutie and well behaved.

Keep house clean and tidy. Garden watered and lawn mowed. Cats use kitty litter inside, this will have to be maintained..
