40 hectares, mostly bush. 15 minutes by car to Coffs Harbour. House is comfortable but not a palace (except the kitchen which is large with every known appliance and utensil) set off by fabulous bush surrounds and BBQ with firepit site up the hill plus outdoor area with BBQ near house. 1 energetic dog needing 1 walk a day. 1 morning bus per day to Coffs and 1 only for return at about 3.15pm so those with a car will find this one more attractive.
Pets & farm animals
Dutch Shephard dog very friendly to people but not to all other dogs. She likes a morning walk on the mown tracks up to the BBQ area. 6 Chickens only need attention once a day as always penned.
