I live in a cozy 2 story. 3 bedroom townhouse, 1 b'room currently used as an office as I work from home. I have ducted air conditioning upstairs and a split system downstairs. The bathroom was newly renovated August last year and my kitchen has had a couple of changes/upgrades in the 10 years I have lived here. I am not 100% sure what my internet speed is but I upgraded my plan a few years ago so not your standard base speed, I also had fibre installed from the street to the house last year so internet is mostly reliable. I have Netflix and Prime video on my TV.

The townhouse is in leafy area with several gum trees etc I have a small backyard with a deck and barbecue, with a larger front yard but it is enclosed and fairly private, Front yard is a work in progress as I am paving a small area for table and chairs and maybe fire pit, this will be finished by the time of the sit. There is a small shopping centre just a 5 minute walk, with a supermarket, medical centre, Newsagency and cafe and bottle/liquor shop. there are 2 shopping malls within 5/10 minute drive. The largest mall is Macarthur Square where there is several restaurants and cinemas.

Bradbury is in the Campbelltown/Macarthur area of Sydney, approx 50 minutes drive from the of Sydney CBD , 40/50 minutes from the southern highlands and 50 minutes to the beaches of Wollongong. of Sydney

I have 2 shelties, my older girl has Cushings disease and requires medication morning and evening. My cat is 15yrs old and is Hyper Thyroid and also requires medication morning and evening. Otherwise just normal feeding and cuddling.

Medication/treatment required
Alli my girl with cushings requires a liquid medicine, currently administered with a syringe with morning and evening meal. My Hyperthyroid cat has a tablet that I crush in wet food morning and evening.
