We live in an older but comfortable 3 bedroom home on a large garden block .
Quiet and private . Elevated , covered back patio with views of the hills surrounding TUMBARUMBA.
Gas heating , reverse cycle aircon. Lovely little freestanding “hut” down the back. Sunken fire pit.. A work in progress after 12 months of tidying up and making it our home.
We are retired pensioners , coming off property. So this is our “downsize”. We have a caravan. Do a bit of camping, travel etc. We have two mini dachshunds. Louie, 3 on 24th May and Jake, 2 on 10th July. They come with us most places. They’re our pride and joy.
We are a blended family. Pete and I have 8 adult children between us and 19 grandchildren.. soon to be 20.
Two of Pete’s children live overseas.
A son in France, his wife is French . One daughter 2 1/2 and another due late May/early June 2025. His daughter, husband and 2 granddaughters live in Edinburgh, Scotland.
We are planning to visit our new grand baby in France and travel on to Scotland to visit with the rest of the family.
We’d take “our boys “ with us if we could.. Alas.. too complicated.
So we’re calling out to dog lovers, particularly ones who understand our lifestyle with our boys. They live inside, love outside, sleep in our Super king sized bed. They are clean, healthy ( we feed mainly home cooked topped up with quality kibble and treats.
They love their walks. Very routine oriented. Love snuggling on your laps. Playing together ( wrestling, chasing, racing) They’re a bundle of fun. Could go on but I’m guessing you get it.
