The home has two bedrooms two living areas new kitchen, bathroom, large deck with evening sunsets and lush garden.
It’s a lovely private oasis.
My darling dog is Millie who’s a total sweetheart and loves her people. She’s a small 7 kg jackoodle well trained obedient and just needs company, her food and a decent walk each day. Loves a ball and there’s a great park walking distance from my house, a wonderful track along the beautiful Coffs creek minutes away or a drive 1.5 km to the beautiful dog beach at the North wall.
No mowing is required but some plant watering of pots is required if there is no rain.

Pets & farm animals

Millie is the main reason for having house sitters. She is a most adorable easy dog to care for. You will love her.

House Tasks

Collect mail, water plants in pots on the deck if it doesn’t rain. Sweep the deck keep the house and surrounds tidy.
