About

It is a two storey dwelling with a shared common wall in the middle. We have a courtyard that features a timbered deck, bbq area and a grass area that may require mowing.
It is walking distance to shops and Wynnum central station. The house is part of a complex of 4 townhouses. Ours is situated at the back right corner. We have a garage and another designated parking space.

We also have a 2 year old standard Groodle named Dante who is moderately active. We walk him once a day, feed him dry food in the morning and we have a subscription to Lyka for his dinners. He is an indoor dog that gets treated like a king! He is desexed and graduated from puppy school, so he knows all the basic commands. He is the most friendliest dog you’ll ever meet.

Pets & farm animals

We have a 2-year-old standard Groodle named Dante, who is very gentle, affectionate, and loves being around people. He’s well-behaved, fully house-trained, and enjoys a mix of playtime, short walks, and lots of company throughout the day.<br /><br />We’re ideally looking for someone who works remotely or from home, as Dante thrives on having someone around and isn’t used to being left alone for long periods. For this reason, we’re not considering sitters with pets, as we want to ensure Dante has calm, one-on-one care in his own environment.<br /><br />He’s low-maintenance overall, happy to relax at home, and loves a good cuddle on the couch. We’ll provide everything you need to make the sit comfortable and easy.

House Tasks

House tasks are minimal — we just ask that things are kept clean and tidy during your stay. We have a small courtyard that will be well-prepped before we leave, so no outdoor maintenance is needed. There are just three indoor plants that will need occasional watering.<br />
