Small family home in a safe and friendly neighbourhood. 5 minutes’ walk to a supermarket, and 10 minutes from a marine sanctuary that offers great walking and riding opportunities. We are also 10 minutes from a train station, and then 30 minutes ride into the CBD. We also have family in the area as emergency contacts.
But the real treat is our inside-only cat Tigger. He is extremely friendly and needs lots of play and cuddles every day.

Our cat Tigger is needs daily attention and ideally someone would be in the house most of the time.
