About

We are a young family going away in June 2025 to visit family in other parts of the state. We have had house sitters before.

Our home is located in the beachside village of Sandy Beach which is 17km north of Coffs Harbour and 1 beach south of Woolgoolga. Our home is a 7 min walk to the beach. Our local beaches are pristine! We are spoilt with beautiful crystal clear waters. Local wildlife is abundant with birds often waking us in the morning and our headland often has wallabies on it. There is a skate park and cafe within walking distance of our home. Woolgoolga is 5 min drive away and has a supermarket.

Our home is cosy and has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. We have a washing machine, tv, coffee machine, oven, stove and large fridge. We have a comfortable queen size bed. Our home is lived in and comfortable.

Pets & farm animals

Our dog, Billy is 4 years old and Border Collie/Kelpie mix breed. He is a super active dog and typically requires 2 walks a day. He is friendly and loves spending time with humans. Billy loves other dogs who are smaller than him or a similar breed to him. He sometimes gets scared of dogs larger than him which we are currently working on with him through training.
